This is brand new single chrome die cast metal fender star ornament. This star was originally used on 54-58 Pontiac's on the fenders, quarter panels and doors. These are also commonly used on fender skirts as an accessory dress up item. The chrome plating is excellent and will add a custom touch to anything you want to mount it on. These are stud mounted and include push on retainers. You can cut the studs off and apply you own double stick tape if you don't want to drill holes to mount them.
