This is a new 1957 Chevy car heater control valve block off delete plate kit. This steel plate is powdercoated black and includes the gasket with mounting screws. It is ready to install. These were used on heater delete cars, race cars and cars with aftermarket air conditioning kits where you are not using the heater valve that was mounted on the firewall. Sku #4763
