This is a new 1957 Chevrolet Car door hinge bolt backing nut plate. This is the floating plate that 2-center door hinge bolts screw into. This fits all 2 door body styles and are also used on the front doors of all 4 door body styles. Sold as each and 4 are required per car. Sku # 11669
