This is for a new 1971-1972 Chevrolet Chevelle & El Camino gas tank sender. It comes with the 3/8" fuel line size and a 1/4" return / vent line. It fits hardtops, sedans, convertibles and El Camino. It does NOT fit a station wagon. This is a 0-90 ohm sender. It includes a new sock filter, retainer ring and a rubber o-ring.
This is a tested unit by us. We have had way too much trouble with cheap sending units not working right out the box, defective flare fittings and loose filters. Nobody wants to change this smelly and messy part twice. We don't even carry the cheap ones anymore. So we now get our sending units from a different source then what everybody else sells and they cost a little more money. We test ours before we ship with an ohm gauge and write the actual empty and full ohm reading on the box. We also make sure the sending unit is calibrated properly.
