This is for a new 1956 & 1958 Chevrolet V8 hood emblem plastic insert. This is for the plastic emblem insert only which goes inside the chrome bezel. This is a show quality emblem made in the USA and is the right color which will not fade like the cheaper Taiwan made ones. Fits One-Fifty series, Two Ten and Bel Air. This is also correct for the hood on a 1960 Corvair.
