This is a new pair of 1961-1966 Chevrolet Impala, Caprice, Bel Air, Biscayne and 1964-1967 Chevelle / El Camino bumper bracket to frame hex shaped alignment washers. These steel washers help align the bumper to the body. The bolt hole is offset so the hex washer can be rotated around to move the bumper in, out, up or down and assist in keeping it in place while you tighten the bolts. These were used on front and rear bumpers. Check your vehicles assembly manual to see how many you may need for your exact make and model.These may have been used on other GM models as well.
